To be honest I use more “physical activity” therm - I just do what I want to, or like to, or what’s good to me and my body.
Sometimes when I go up the stairs I am like - let’s go back down and come back upstairs! Elevators scare me!
Hiring a Santander bike is an amazing option, specially if you are getting lost, struggling to find docking station, then when you managed finally to do so - there’re no docks available, hence you’re ending up cycling around London for another 40’.
I am still much in love with scalpel training, however I am not persistent enough recently to do that at least 4 times a week. (Sorry @chodakowskaewa )
I found out that nothing relieve mental stress better than putting physical stress on my body through hitting boxing kit! (I also found out I don’t dislike pink 😂)
I jump high in the sky after every yoga session when I can put my leg up just an inch higher than a week before! .
But well, when you ask me if I exercise meaning that I hit the gym at least 5 times a week, my answer is no. .
No social pressure on me please, I do whatever works for me, not what’s on trend, as in my opinion being healthy and happy is the thing that never goes out of style. .
