I had a phone call with that new psychiatrist. I like him better now. I'm still curious as to the school thing. My youngest therapist was asking detailed questions about school too. I swear, if ever a therapy team wanted to make me feel that they don't agree with any decision I have made it's these yahoos. On the bright side, the psychiatrist confirmed what I suspected, that although autistic children are more likely to be abused and have ptsd and trauma related issues so little is known about autism and even less about childhood trauma that you'll not find many who know how to help. What I will find is that autism therapies trigger trauma and trauma therapies set of stims, meltdowns and rages. And although I live this, it's nice to not be fed a string of bullshit. Honestly though! To hold homeschooling as suspect considering what public school did to my children. Ludicrous!
