H E L L O 5 minute dinner!
🆒Ahi Tuna Collard Wraps in 4 steps ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
1️⃣obtain sturdy collard wraps. wash, de-stem & set aside to dry
2️⃣cut up a crunchy veggie of choice. I chose a green bell pepper. you can use cucumbers, carrots, etc.
3️⃣cook your protein (I used.. you guessed it, AHI TUNA!) and set aside
4️⃣place all ingredients into a collard and wrap! ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••➡️I was out in the world and saw brown rice for $2.20 so I bought that to go with this meal. you don’t have to add rice/you could add any riced vegetable you like, or quinoa if that’s your preferred protein. ➡️I also added so much nutritional yeast & coconut aminos to my wrap. it was so good and splashed everywhere very shortly after these 📷 were taken 🤷🏻♀️🙊🌚😛🆗🆒4️⃣4️⃣4️⃣
