Curls For The Girls Ep 1. - This may not be possible to fit in for everyone but after throwing in a dedicated arm(biceps + triceps) day into my split, I found greater growth in my arms throughout the span of a few months. I always used to be the person who just threw in biceps at the end of my back day, but I found out that I wasn’t hitting them as effectively. So now I still have a back/biceps and a chest/triceps workout but along with that, I added an arm day for placing a little bit more attention to just those muscles
