Heading towards Phakding from Lukla, we crossed paths with a group of young Nepalese school kids who came running around the corner with big grins on their faces. I couldn’t help but snap a photo of these two 5yr old boys. A smile like this is contagious💙

Enroute to the Everest Base camp from Lukla to Phakding and heading towards Namche Bazaar, you encounter the Doodh Kosi river early on. Following the river upstream over many suspension bridges is a journey not only over river and mountains but also a journey within.
