I'm so happy! 🙌🏼💪🏼 Today was my first day working with SBD Knee Sleeves and they felt absolutely amazing!!! I'm honestly really sad that I didn't go with SBD's sooner 😑 There's only a $10 difference here, but SBD's are on a completely different level of quality in my opinion! I'm not here to bash any products, but my experience with the STrong sleeves was less than good. My first pair tore in 2 places (internal flaw) and I was sent a replacement pair that was blatantly lacking in quality (the second pair was about 1/2 of the thickness of the first pair and even smaller length-wise)...which I found to be pretty sketchy. I know that these are 2 of the top sleeves in competitive raw powerlifting right now, so I wanted to make this post for those of you trying to decide between the two! I 100% recommend SBD's because 1) SBD's actual compression is a thouuuusand times better imo! 2) They are IPF approved, so if you compete USAPL you don't have to worry about them passing a gear check and 3) although they were tight, they were comfortable and smooth on my legs. The STrong sleeves bunched up and cut into my skin. This is only my opinion/experience, but I hope someone finds it helpful!

AMRAP day for deadlifts at 83% to max. Hit 6 reps consecutively and went in for one more. Everything felt good, nothing hurt and I'm 100% stoked about that. 😄 I guess when you've has a debilitating injury for so long, you finally recognize how nice it is to just feel good! #ph3 #deadliftface

After doing 5x5 for so long, these higher rep sets are feeling like cardio! 3x7x255 on bench and 3x7x400 on squat. Still recovering a little from the weekend but movement feels good.

Done a 2nd recce today for my upcoming virgin run. Setting a trail for some 100+ hashers is a nerve wrecking experience especially when you are new & your better half is a renowned short cutter. "How many are still out?" will be the much dreaded question & there will be complaints plus how many tables at the On On? At the end of the day..the verdict, Toilet Seat / On Down / T Shirt Run. Fun little superset after day 8 of #ph3... 12 reps front, failure on regular. Ph3 today was 3 sets of 9 on squats and bench and 3 sets of 7 on deadlifts. That took 40 minutes. 🦁I don't usually post these but results are earned not given. I must say for the past 3 months with PH3 program. I've gotten cut a bit, got some lean mass as well. Lots of volume and strength training got stronger, wiser, smarter. Hit some goals I've never thought I would. This program has helped me trained consistently and taking lots of notes/recording. Eating the right things to achieve such goals as well (never easy😏). Throughout this training I've always had one saying and that was "Trust the process keep working". Now it's on to the next chapter 😈
