Barbell Shrugs : 20 sets for 15 reps. EMOM (every minute on the minute) bust out 15 reps and you can't increase wait next time unless you can do all 20 sets without taking a minute to complete it.
Farmers Walk Contracted : Walk with some plates keeping your traps contracted for entire minute with a minute rest for 8 sets. Increase weight only if you can do it for 8 sets. I can only go 2 sets as of right now 😜 ...so it's something i'm working on but i'm not going lower then 45 lb plates.
