10 bands, 50 bands, mini bands😏🙏🏽. On non leg/glute days I do this double banded circuit to keep my glutes activated. This is a little more burn than simple glute warm ups or activation and I would count 3 rounds of the circuit as a little pump.
▫️Hip abduction and adduction (out and ins) x12
▫️Glute side steps x6 each directions
▫️Glute front to back steps x12
▫️Single leg balance kickbacks x12 each leg
