Really working on that lock out and holding onto the bar, in my head I'm always imagining the head judge giving the down command lol.
Followed up with some back off sets (2x4 195) and pin press 4x5 RPE8(120kg) and finished of with some wide grip seated rows to mimic bench technique.

All in all another good session down. .

Dem good eat tho, spent the whole morning on meal prep lol.
I'd say probably about 80% of this is Paleo, the sweet potatoes i mashed with milk and butter (not Paleo) and the satay of course is made with peanuts (not Paleo).
But other then that it's good lol.

8.5 weeks out! Squats went well. Followed up by deficit deadlifts, happy with form and how they moved.

Solid bench and accessory session today.

Finished my session with 5x10 of these hanging leg raises. YES 🖐🏽before the insta trolls and form 🚓 speak. Slowly working to build these to proper form. Watch my progress over the coming weeks.

Well...
Today felt better then yesterday.
I was very worried about not using my belt so was hesitant to try 195kg without it, but was able to get all 4 sets.
They didn't feel like the cleanest reps ever but they came up, so happy about that part.
Hopefully can get a replacement lever in the next day or two before the start of next week lol.

Well... Today ended like shit.
Was hella tired from work and not on pre workout right now so energy level was really low so everything felt hella slow and heavy, and to top it all off my lever decided to snap on my belt.
Not a good way to end a Monday..
But hey, tomorrow is a new day, let's hope it's better lol.

All done a dusted.
-3.5 hrs to dismantle the old jungle bars rig
-5.5 hrs to install the new rig

Now to slowly add a few attachments to the rig - mono lift attachments - dip bar
