🍑 LOW IMPACT GLUTE WORK 🍑

I won’t every bitch at you for not getting your workout in, or make you feel bad if you need a break. But, I will push and encourage you, I won’t let you quit, and I definitely won’t allow your excuses to stop you from reaching your goals.

My inbox likes to fill up with a ton of people who “want” to get in shape but they have an injury- most of the time it’s knee pain. Ladies, you do not need to do squats and jumping lunges to grow your booty! BUTT, you do need to work it more than you work your excuses (see what I did there).

Here’s exercises that you can do (right from home). Add weights and bands if you are feeling frisky! Pick your top ones and perform 4-5 sets, for 12-20 reps, or go crazy and do all of them.
Frog Pumps: feet together
Hydrant to Kick-out
Kneeling Squat
Donkey Kick
Elevated Single Leg Bridge
Fire Hydrant: squeeze at the top
Glute Bridge
Leg Lift: keep leg straight
Walk Outs: step each foot out and back in

People who have been on #contestprep have always said how much their energy felt depleted and how it’s important to shift training to prevent injuries...it’s surprising how much 16weeks of #caloriedeficits for #fatloss and maximum #musclepreservation can be the healthiest diet yet as it is at a minimum it feels like we can only perform at a minimum while going maximum...do you know what I mean? @davemays1 going hard till this Friday, only 3 more sessions to go till he steps on stage at the #globalclassicsmacau2018 and we EAT and EAT and EAT till we’re happily carrying food babies then we’re aiming for ONE WHOLE WEEK of no lifting after to let the body rest till we go again. .
