I've been doing really well with intuitive eating, which is a first for me! I lost 1.6 pounds this week, which is a little slower than on some of the plans I've done, but it feels so great to be eating intuitively and building a healthier relationship with food. My current goal is to lose 1.5 pounds a week. I still have a ways to go to get back to my lowest weight, but I feel like I'm finally building a sustainable (in the long term) healthy lifestyle.
You have to find what works for you! In my case that's taken a lot of trial and error, but I've learned a lot about nutrition (and about myself) along the way. #intuitiveeating
