So Selbsttestreihe gestartet😎 Was bewirkt EMS Training? 20 Ironman Races, u.a. mehrfach den Ironman Hawaii, Ironmansieg und auch im Kraft- und Functional training alles an mir ausprobiert. Ich maße mir mal an meinen Körper gut zu kennen und zu merken, worauf ich wie reagiere. Ich lasse alles (Training und Ernährung) wie gehabt, ergänze es aber mit EMS Training. I have been hit HARD by a virus this week! 🤒 Because I don't get ill very often I feel very sorry for myself and the only thing that makes me feel better is my best friend sugar. Yesterday I had ice cream for breakfast followed by a whole packet of fizzy laces... I eat so healthily in my usual life I need to remember that it's even more important to eat your greens and hydrate when you're poorly.
Please heal me avocado on toast, you're my only hope! 🥑

Transformations don’t work unless you do.... FACTS!!

I was in the queue last night in Tescos buying my cod and prawns as you do and it suddenly became very clear to me why people struggle not just in fitness but in life and it’s all based on a persons tolerance to wait.

The man 2 people in behind pushed In front of me worked his way to the front and before the person could even pack their stuff was already scanning his. I stopped and thought If people can be this impatient when it comes to shopping how will they ever succeed in achieving any type of self driven goal?

I waited I paid I left... the moral of the story is be patient all good things come to those who are prepared to work hard and wait.

We all want abs😇, but it seems like most people are doing it wrongly and don't know how to get them.

I remember when I was younger, all I wanted is a good six packs. ❌I spent hours doing sit-ups and long distance running, but it didn't work. This is because sit-ups don't really target the abs. ✔They hit the hip flexors instead. -
These days, people seem to be doing crazy things❌ like juice cleanses and ketogenic diet, when all you need is just ✔CALORIE DEFICIT. -
Getting abs is not as complicated as you think. All you have to do is 3 things: ✔eat in a calorie deficit (so you're losing weight), ✔ eat high protein (to maintain your muscle), and ✔ strength training (to build your abs), and most importantly, you☝️ EAT CLEAN. -
