💪HOW TO GET ABS💪
We all want abs😇, but it seems like most people are doing it wrongly and don't know how to get them.
I remember when I was younger, all I wanted is a good six packs. ❌I spent hours doing sit-ups and long distance running, but it didn't work. This is because sit-ups don't really target the abs. ✔They hit the hip flexors instead. -
These days, people seem to be doing crazy things❌ like juice cleanses and ketogenic diet, when all you need is just ✔CALORIE DEFICIT. -
Getting abs is not as complicated as you think. All you have to do is 3 things: ✔eat in a calorie deficit (so you're losing weight), ✔ eat high protein (to maintain your muscle), and ✔ strength training (to build your abs), and most importantly, you☝️ EAT CLEAN. -
