What's your "testing stick"?

In other words...how do you measure your success? 📏
.
Is it in how much money you make 💵 ?
Or in how much praise you receive 🙌 ?
Or in how much you get done in a day ✅ ?
Or in the position you hold 👑 ?
.
If you're anything like me, I used to measure my success with anything and everything external (such as the things above). I was always looking outside myself to define my wins and my losses, my successes and my failures.
.
And I was constantly beating myself up for all the things that weren't reaching my sky-high standards, and often measuring my worth through other people.
.
For example, if I completed an excruciating task at work and my boss didn't acknowledge it, I took it extremely personally. I began to question my value and my abilities.
.
And those constant, self-imposed let-downs took a toll on my confidence.
.
Now, please know that I'm a firm believer that we are in control of much of our lives.
.
But other people? Outside circumstances? Those things are beyond our control.
.
That's why it is absolutely vital that you learn how to define your success for yourself, based on your own personal goals...
.
❌ NOT by how others define success.
❌ NOT by other people's opinions.
❌ NOT by comparing yourself to others.
.
Start by asking yourself "What would make today feel like a success FOR ME?"
.
Is it by checking off your to-do list?
Is it by getting outside for 15 minutes?
Is it by eating dinner with your family?
Is it by making $100,000? <-- (totally cool...just make sure its for YOU and within your control)
.

Wer zu wenig trinkt, der ist schneller schlapp! Die Zufuhr von Flüssigkeit ist für deinen Körper essentiell. Besonders während und nach dem Training solltest du darauf achten genug zu trinken. (Wir reden hier nicht von Limonaden oder Energy-Drinks 😉Durchschnittlich verliert der Mensch ca. einen Liter pro Stunde bei moderatem Training -was je nach Person, Trainingsintensität und Umgebung variiert.
