gestern war ich mit @livia__007 bei der Ausstellung „Warum isst die Welt, wie sie isst?“ @schloss_hof ! 🍌🍏🍒
In einem ersten Teil befasst sich die Ausstellung mit der Frage, was mit der Nahrung auf dem Weg aus der fruchtbaren Erde bis auf den Teller alles passiert. 🍽
Eine interessante Ausstellung in einem tollen Ambiente. Der erste Ausstellungsteil läuft noch bis 18. November 2018. Noch genug Zeit, einen Ausflug zu planen, am besten in Verbindung mit Bratislava!😎

Christ this workout was hard !
Loving the glute banded work at the moment 🍑... I posted a glute activation circuit last week and here is the lower body workout that followed .. I think you can tell how I felt about that hip thrust finisher! •

Lower body workout
1️⃣ Deadlift 4 x 10 Every 2 minutes
2️⃣ Banded BB hip thrust 4 x 10 (90 secs rest)
3️⃣ Reduce weight by 20-30 % BB hip thrust finisher ... 1 rep / 1 abduction pulse , 2 reps / 2 abduction , 3 reps .... up to 5 🤮
4️⃣ DB Bulgarian split squat 3 x 10- 12 each leg (60 secs rest)
5️⃣ Banded 1 & 1/4 back squats (no lock out at top) 4 x 12 (60 secs rest) •
