I'll be giving a talk this evening on what I think this question means. I've made this my mission to research and understand what perennially fit is. I've did lots of self experimenting and I've a lifetime of researching in front of me. I'm super excited to be this far along now. It actually took me 5 years to write a concise paragraph on my interpretation. This was because I've been searching for what it is I've actually been doing as I look at life's mind, movement and nutrition. There is so much of everything now. I think that wires have become crossed on where we should concentrate mind, movement and nutrition. How can we be role models on how to get the best out of your fitness?
One of my favourite plants in the garden is Alchemilla Mollis seen here in the foreground. I adore the soft fluffy chartreuse flowers as well as their beautiful leaves which hold water in silvery, mercury-like droplets .. Don't they look beautiful here with the white Peonies and white Delphiniums in the background . They are surprisingly hardy too. I have them planted in a courtyard garden which gets very hot in Summer and they've behaved surprisingly well.. 📷homeandgardenphotos.com #alchemillamollis#perennial#garden#gardening#gardendesign#beautiful#wednesday
