This coming Monday, Nov 13 2017 we will be launching our second Adult Sports Performance 8-Week Training Program. There will be a 6am Team and a 630pm Team. Each Team will have 16 Roster Spots that MUST be filled BEFORE November 13 to secure a spot. Once the team is full, no one can join the team. This means that there are only 32 available spots per each 8 week program.
The program is a 5 day split (Monday-Friday) and available to EVERYONE looking to increase their sports performance (speed, strength, agility, endurance, decrease in body fat, increase in lean muscle mass). We will be PRE & POST Testing, and will ALSO be conducting a POST Program Combine where result leaders will earn prizes.

Position Work. One of the most underrated aspects of Pre Draft Training. Many facilities claim to work on position specific training twice a week when they merely get it in twice a month. Our All Star Cast Of position coaches @goldfeetglobal / @goldfeet_ta , @wescarroll13 / @quarterbackprep & @coachmosexpe spend multiple hours, two times a week working on the craft so that our athletes can demonstrate high level skills and knowledge about the position specific drills that they will perform at their Pro Day/Combine .

It’s the biggest test of your life and you can count on us to ensure that you’re more than prepared. We already have the test questions. We already know what drills you will be tested on. Over the past 6 years we have accumulated pre and post test results. Here are the average increases for each test .
Bench Press➡️ +6 reps .
Vertical➡️ +4 inches .
Broad Jump➡️ +8 inches .
40➡️ -.25 seconds .
L-Drill➡️ -.5 .
Pro Agility➡️ -.4 seconds . (Keep in mind many athletes showed greater improvements) .
