Today is a Rest Day! Very thankful for that! Monday was chest and tri's. Yesterday was back and biceps. You could say my upper body is SORE!
As a nanny I don't get complete rest days. This little guy and I go on a 1.5 mile walk every morning! And this week the big bro is home so we are ALWAYS on the move!
