Over three years ago, I felt powerLESS. Stuck in my own skin, uncomfortable, wasn’t doing anything for myself because I felt guilty doing it. I was coming up with excuse after excuse for years. Then one day I decided I needed to take charge to get back up, to get back to me - I needed that power back. So I took a leap for myself - and haven’t looked back since. Working out at home, following a simple meal plan (no crazy diet, no eliminating food groups #carbsarenottheenemy no calorie counting - just eating simple real food) and joining a group of supportive women just like me is the best thing I have ever done for myself. 💯
So instead of waiting until after the holidays, and waiting until the new year, start NOW. No, I’m not crazy, yes I know the holidays are coming, BUT there’s ALWAYS going to be some sort of obstacle standing in your way. Obstacles are put in your path for a reason. Your job is to work through them - not let them stand in your way.
My next group starts December 3rd - and there’s actually a pretty amazing special going on to help you knock out the excuses in November - but it’s only good for the rest of the month. So tell the negative Nancy in your head - you know, the one that’s telling you that it’s the holidays and you’re gonna just let it all go - to shut up - because the days are passing, and this is your life!
