Today I will tell you about two-phase sleep tactic. Last weeks I sleep only about 2-3 hours before school and feels not bad in next part of day, and when Im back at home and can have a rest - eyes are closing in a moment. 👀 Evening time - after 2-3 hours of second phase I`m ready to start second part of night time.
