Hey y'all, I'm posting a reasonable amount of food pictures tonight....hooray!!! It felt so good to eat my normal: breakfast, lunch, pm snack, dinner, sometimes dessert instead of breakfast, lunch, snack all the way until dinner, dinner, dessert! 😄
So can I officially declare this @brintraveler day? Like: #nationalbrianathomasday or #nationaldayofnecessaryfood
That has a good ring to it, right? Haha!
But seriously, I unintentionally consumed ALL Necessary Food recipes today. All tasty. All simple. All toddler approved. Win, win, win!
I'm particularly tickled about dinner because our son has been on a dinner strike and he ate SECONDS! 🤗
This is what I ate today:
B(s) - cinnamon roll muffin and coffee with hnh (I had to share the entire thing and when it was gone, he handed me a measuring cup and asked me to make him one too 😂) L(s) - egg salad on a lavash bread, cheddar whisps, pickled okra, blackberries (he actually ate the egg salad too, on wheat bread!) S(e) - raspberry almond shake, which is a FP, but I added a blueberry muffin since I split the shake between me and both littles - they loved it! He didn't finish his muffin, so I ended up eating the rest of his too
D(s) - buttery poppyseed chicken casserole and buttered broccoli
Dessert - chocolate donut crumbs from last night in coffee 000 (yes, I shared this too...he loves coffee!) Here's a pic of the finished casserole (----->) and it is now over halfway gone. Our nine year old had thirds!
Also, I've been out of peanut flour for like a week, the horror, so I was delighted to receive this two pound baby today. (----->) I add it to pretty much everything! Lol
What's your favorite recipe with defatted peanut flour?? I'd love to try more!
