Taste ➡️ Its really creamy the chocolate and peanut butter mix together so well to create a strong flavour combination.
Texture ➡️ A little tough to bite into but once your in its soft and good. The soft inside is held up by the largest amount of crispy bits I've ever encountered in a protein bar which give it an almighty welcome crunch.

Pool time lunch with my little funny bug!

She just started randomly doing this with some of her food 🤣 She doesn’t spit it out, just plays with it or maybe just plays with us as she’s eating!

Either way, she had a blast splashing around! Such a great way to spend my Friday off with her ❤️

Find friends who share the same passion and will wear balloons on their heads with you!🤣🤣🤣 But no for real, surrounding myself with passionate, fun, motivated ladies this past year has really changed things for me! I may not physically get to see them everyday but they have my back if I need it!

Here are a few key things to focus on to make calorie control super simple and almost effortless:

Prioritize high-volume foods: This means eat a lot of foods that take up a lot of space, but don’t have a lot of calories. Some examples of high-volume foods are berries, green leafy veggies, mushrooms, zucchini, air-popped popcorn, the list goes on!

Prioritize water-filled foods: This means foods that contain lots of water. Fruits and veggies like watermelon, cucumber, peppers are all great examples of water-filled foods.

Prioritize lean protein: Protein is the most satiating of macronutrients. It will help fill you up and keep you full on fewer calories. Lean protein sources are those that contain mostly protein and minimal carbs and fats. Some examples of lean protein are: chicken breast, turkey breast, shrimp, white fish, lean ground beef, etc.

Eat fewer, larger meals: Many times, with eating more often, it’s harder to get full since you’re having small portions all day. Having fewer, larger meals will allow you to be more satisfied with each meal. Wait until you’re hungry to eat, but not too hungry.
