My best selling piece in my fineart America shop. Which I totally ignore, and only loaded about 6 pieces or so, a few years ago. But I just leave them there and once in a great while something sells. I have been considering closing that down and just keeping the cafe press shop that I am starting to use more often. I seem to do better in cafe press but the % of profit from a sale is less. And it was harder to navigate as far as adding to my own shop as opposed to the “marketplace” there. I didn’t realize at first when I added a few images to cafe press that they go to what’s called the “marketplace” and an artist only makes a very small % there. So I finally figured out how to actually have my own shop at cafe press, and I have started to add to that a few pieces at a time. This mandala image is my best seller there also, but as I said; it’s in the marketplace not my own shop page. It is all such a maze. .
Any body out there have good luck with any particular print on demand shop for selling prints or items like mugs and T-shirt’s? Or do you just sell originals from Etsy or do you sell straight from your Instagram or website? I don’t like having stuff all over the web, and really need to consolidate my online presence. Need to make a square space website to link it all together, I guess. Actually, I would just rather do the painting and let some other generous person do all the selling. #needanagent #printondemand #printmaking #prints #printondemandquestions #needadvice #onlineselling #mandalaart #peacockmandala #artistsoninstagram #artistsofinstagram #instaart #instagood #somanyideas #somanyquestions
