Bout to start some strength training for the next few weeks. Haven't decided how many yet. Prob do 4-5 days/wk of weight/body weight only exercises and 2-3 days/wk of running to keep my endurance up. It's more fun if we do it together! You don't have to do all of this. When you're ready, just do whatever you can whenever you can until you develop a rhythm. Who's with me?
