Yesterday leg workout -
Top sets 1 x 2 @ 225 , 1 x 1 @ 225.
Smith machine hip thrusts 3 x 10 (with a pause at the top ) @ 135 lbs.
Reverse lunges 3 x 10 on each side with 20 lbs dumbbells 💪🏽 .
This session was not perfect. My squats felt so heavy and didn’t have my belt. I was supposed to hit 2 sets x 2 reps with 225 but only got 1 rep on my second set. It’s all good though cause if I’m being real honest, the days where it’s easy to get my butt to the gym don’t excite me . But when I know I’d much rather go to bed and I still CHOOSE to train, that’s when I know I’m growing .
