I’ve realized that being under the dark shadows strengthened me to the core. I’ve always been a shining light, a bright star... I just had to learn how to grow, how to push the clouds with all my might. This has brought me to fight with great perseverance and patience, but then has allowed me to embrace the shadows and and not fear my own self. I am grateful for the tough journey. The harder I landed on my knees the higher I arose with greater power. It was lonely there, and now I know it’s because I had to learn to love myself and be comfortable with my own being until I could say that I needed no one else. It was at this point of realization that the clouds finally moved away and I could shine as bright as my heart was meant to illuminate. The rays of light of all that I had become, now could touch and embrace others, drawing kindred souls to my light. This unity of love now expands like dancing rainbows growing and expanding to all the corners of my being. Do not loose hope, we are all growing and learning. Your light is always shining.....
Yup I like everything under the sun! Red Romaine, spinach, iceberg lettuce, white&purple cabbage, tomato, cucumber, carrots, bean sprouts, red onion, corn, black beans, sundried tomatoes, banana peppers, pumpkin and almond seeds, with the most delicious lemon vinaigrette! On my way to healthy!
Greens! What kind of greens do you eat. I eat all kinds, I don’t shy from any. This is mustard greens, collard greens, red romaine lettuce and my fav cilantro with a simple seasoning of fresh cracked pepper and sea salt and a squeeze of lime. Simple but oh so beneficial! I remember, as a teenager, when I used to sit and eat a whole head of lettuce, white or purple cabbage. My healthy habits started at a very young age. I never suffered from acne, pms or stomach problems! No surprise! If you take care in providing what your body really needs, then your body will take care of you!!! ❤️❤️
