Last night was a too-late dinner of steak, veggies, a couple of glasses of wine and...wait for it...3 chocolate covered cheesecake bites. It was delicious.
This new program has me hopping on the scale daily (not something I would normally do!). My mean girl would have told me I overdid it last night and have to make up for it today. 🙄
Reality? I’m down 1.6 lbs since starting on Monday.
Got my workout in this morning because I LIKE to workout and take care of me.
Then had a kick-ass breakfast of blueberries, yogurt, pumpkin seeds and honey.
So, I’d say this is going pretty good!
Question: why aren’t you doing this too?
