Restorative yoga is a class of about 4-6 poses, all on the floor, supported by yoga props and equipment. Finding stillness in our very busy lives is so important, we all need it.
The practice helps to:
• heal and nourish the body and mind
• increase flexibility
• quieten the mind
• deeply relax the body
• balance the nervous system
• connect to inner stillness
