Eggs + Hash + 🥑 + 🥓 Had this lovely 310 calorie breakfast at under 20 carbs. 1. Made the hash potatoes by shredding 1/2 a Japanese sweet potato & cooking it on skillet for about 15 minutes. Sprayed with cooking oil and seasoned with sea salt and pepper.
2. Topped with 1 pasture raised egg, 1 slice bacon, and 1/2 avocado topped with TJs everything but the bagel.

Normally I’d be so proud of myself for grocery shopping & meal prepping. On Sunday, there was quite a bit of odds and ends in the fridge/pantry. So we decided to not go grocery shopping and use up what we have before we leave for Tahoe tomorrow.
