we be focusing on something related to the #pastarticle and now we will be discussing how the whole families can get involve in the #budget of the #wedding.
You probably know your family’s #financial situation well enough to get an idea of who will pay for #thewedding
The #expenses can be divided in many different ways, there is only one rule to follow, no party should be expected to contribute more than they can afford. Your #weddingday should always be a day that you can look back on with joy, without thinking how broke it made you.
If the #parents still wish to provide a wedding for the young couple, it is more common that the expenses are shared between both families.
This can be done in a number of ways:
The total bill can be split down the middle and each family pay an equal share. this days there are no rules for who pays for what. Each family pay an amount which they can reasonably afford. It is quite acceptable for one family to contribute more than the other, as long as no one is spending beyond their means.

Instead of the traditional receiving line, many couples are now opting to be announced for the first time as a married couple when they make a grand entrance into their wedding reception . Some choose just to enter by themselves, while other members prefer entrancing with the bridal train.
Whatever you choose to do, the music that you select will make a huge difference to the atmosphere of your reception entrance. Here are some tips on choosing your entrance song:
1. Find something that really reflects your #personalities:- There are very few rules around entrance songs as you don’t need to dance or cut a cake to them, so really go crazy and look for something that sums you up as a couple.
2. Change the pace:- To make a #dramatic impact look for something completely different from the music that precedes your entrance. If your guests have been listening to soft music while they await the #couplearrival, make your entrance to blaring danceable music.
3. Make your entrance music something fun and upbeat:- The #ceremony is the formal serious part of the day, and your entrance into the #reception marks the beginning of the #fun and frivolous part of the #celebrations. Your choice of #entrancemusic should make your guests smile before you even come through the door, and it should put a spring in your step.
Although many #couples want something different and unique for their entrance song it shouldn’t be so obscure that your #guests won’t know it. Look for something that they will recognize, even if it takes them a few moments to believe you really have chosen it as your entrance song.

Nothing makes a #wedding memorable like good $food, and you want your guests feeling full and satisfied at the end of the day, as a couple you decide what type of menu you want before you look for caterers.
If there are any particular #dishes that you love as a couple and want to include in your wedding menu, your caterer should be accommodating and willing to adapt to these. They should also suggest ways in which the rest of the menu can be amended to complement these dishes.
Find out the type of crockery and cutlery the caterer will be using to be sure that it goes with the overall theme and look of your wedding.
You should book your wedding caterers as soon as you book your hall,
You should meet with them again weeks before the big day to confirm final details.
Every #bride will have her own ideas about how she wants to work with the caterer and the qualities that are important, but here are 10 things you might want to look for when choosing #weddingcaterers.
1. A confident caterer will be able to give you all the information you need at your first meeting. When you leave you should know an approximate cost per #guest (and whether that is a flat rate or dependent on menu items), what is included in the price, and what extra services the caterer can provide.

Flower girls:-
You would be forgiven for thinking that
#flowergirls are simply there to look adorable, but they do actually have some other duties. This is another optional role in the #weddingparty, but it looks adorable and is the perfect way to include a young female relative in the proceedings. It is tradition for the flower girl to come down the aisle after your ring bearer and, in the past, she would scatter rose petals on the aisle for the bride to walk on. However, with many venues expressing concern over the mess that can be made, a more modern take is to have the flower girl blow bubbles instead, hand out lollies or just walk down the aisle before the bride. Some #brides like to dress the flower girl in a mini version of their bridal gown while others opt for a pretty dress to match the bridesmaid’s attire.
Ring bearers:-
Having a ring bearer to bring the wedding rings down the aisle can be a lovely touch. The role is generally filled by a young boy who will enter the ceremony and walk down the aisle at the front of the #bridal procession. He will usually have the rings displayed on a cushion or pillow and will bring them down the aisle to the altar in preparation for the ceremony. Since the ring bearer is usually a little boy, it is common to use fake #rings on the pillow and have the #bestman take care of the real thing, just in case they are dropped or lost! It is a great way to include young #familymembers in what might otherwise be a kind of #boring service! #Couples who already have #children often have their young sons acting as #ring #bearers.
Making your #young #attendants more #comfortable
You may have noticed that many of these roles are being carried out by young children between the ages of #4 and #10 years of #age.

Wedding ceremony bridesmaid duties:-
Your #bridesmaids will already have attended the #rehearsal of your #weddingceremony, and this will give them an idea of the duties they will need to perform at the #ceremony itself. Depending on the #style of #processional you choose, your #bridesmaids will either walk down the aisle before you, or follow you down the #aisle. #Traditionally, bridesmaids would hold up the #bridaltrain, but few #modern #bridal #gowns require this. Instead the bridesmaids will usually carry their own #bouquet.
Once the bridesmaids reach the #altar, they will sit down in a designated seat at the front of the ceremony. Their main duties during the ceremony itself will be to hold and look after items such as vow cards and the bride’s bouquet or #gloves. The #maidofhonour won’t be able to do this as she has to go and sign the #marriage #register.

BRIDESMAID DUTIES
#before asking your #girls to be your #bridesmaid it will be #excellent for you and your girls to know the #duties of the bridesmaids just to avoid #disagreements between the #bride and the #maids before or on the #wedding day.

Your #bridesmaidsduties will depend on their #age and the #makeup of your #bridal #party. Home/compound wedding:-
This is closely related to open #fieldwedding, #compoundwedding are #wedding in a #familyhome, like parents home or relative home of the bride.
You choose a #compound that will contain your #invited #guests.
Think an at-home #wedding will be cheap? Think again. your parents has huge #sentimental value, but remember it isn’t equipped with most things you’ll need.
I recommends saving on something you may not have even considered yet: the #water supply for #caterers, #electricity supply for sound system for the #dj or #musicalbands,#canopies, e.t.c.

Do I really need ushers,#ringbearers,#flowergirls for #mywedding ? with the ups and downs of crowd in the wedding reception my dear I will say YES you need an ushers, ring bearers, #pageboy and flower girls.

Everyone knows what is expected of the main bridal party members such as the #BestMan, the #bridesmaids and the Maid of Honour, but when it comes to other bridal party roles, including page boys and flower girls, it can often seem like you are just inventing a role so that your young nieces and nephews can take part in the wedding.
However, just like the main roles, these titles come with their own duties and responsibilities.
Ushers:-
If you have a large extended #family then having ushers at your wedding can be a great way to kill two birds with one stone. You can include #cousins and #brothers by making them ushers and then depend on them to make sure that your guests are taken care of on arrival at your #wedding. The general rule is that you need three usher for every 50 #guests. The role of an usher is to escort guests to their seats and should #traditionally escort ladies on their arm. #Ushers can also pass out Order of Service books, hymnals and carry out other duties at the #ceremony.
Page boys:-
Page boys are traditionally included when the #bride has a dress with a very long train as it is, traditionally, their job to help carry the train (though many bridesmaids do it these days). Page boys are usually a little older than ring bearers so it is a great role for young siblings or cousins who want to get involved in the wedding. They can be dressed in mini versions of whatever formal wear the groomsmen are wearing. Even if you have a short train you could go ahead and have page boys anyway and they can act as an escort for your precious flower girls.
