A good trainer knows you and knows when to push you when you don’t want to be pushed. I have some things going on personally that are weighing on me. I wanted out of my workout today but @caseyrotheyfit pushed me and I am glad I did it even in the rain! 💦

When only need to compete against ourselves. To make ourselves better each day. I work hard at seeing how much I can improve myself. I have a great coach that pushes me #hustleformuscle Casey. There were many years that I did things that weren’t healthy for my body. You can change I didn’t and love the changes that I am seeing. Today’s ride was 2 minuets faster per mile than Wednesday. That is a big change. Was it just one thing? No it was multiple things that helped. Biking running Structura massage (opening the lungs to get more oxygen) Change starts each day when you get up. Yes I hurt 24/7 but I choose to push past the hurt. 👍💪🤙🏃🚴‍♂️🏋️‍♂️👴

Very productive day, for my day off. Two workouts today. Track and then moving the flooring into the garage gym. Getting ready for the rowing machine! Not bad for a one and a half hand man!

Just because you have a major event happen in your life. Doesn’t mean you have to give up on life. Start with baby steps. Picture 2 is 4 weeks and 4 surgeries after my accident. I had to do something so I would go to the gym and just bike and that wasn’t easy. It’s Friday get up and go do something. Even if it is just a walk...Remember I believe in you!
