P-bar Handstand. While this might look easy, doing a handstand on the parallel bars is something I feel far from comfortable with. In fact, holding it for 20+ seconds only happens two out of five times.
So: don't be fooled by all the glorious pictures on here but rather appreciate how far one has come and keep it real 💯; that is to know that the process will suck for a long time but putting in the hard work is enjoyable when keeping in mind the final goal - and most importantly enjoy MOVING your body as long as you can!
