Officially back on the west coast and back in the groove of things!
For my new followers y’all might not know this but I’m currently taking a semester off from school. But don’t you worry I am keeping plenty busy with working at my gym and being a middle school track coach the other days and studying for my CPT exam!! Today has been a busy busy day but somehow I thrive when I’m super busy and productive anybody else like that?!? Got home from my plane at 3:45, went straight to the gym in my new @paragonfitwear 🙌🏼🙌🏼 got in a killer back and bi’s workout, ate dinner, unpacked my bag, and now currently doing laundry and getting ready for another productive day tomorrow 😎 I actually LOVE being busy it keeps me on track and for some reason I work BEST when I am jam packed I don’t know I’m weird maybe 🤷🏽‍♀️ 3 goals I have for this week are:
1. Make time to study for at least an hour a day for my PT
2. Do 3 cardio sessions
3. Be productive over lazy -

Today my motivation was HIGH and creativity just as high. Lol am I high?
Best thing in my opinion about being an ATHLETE is being able to challenge my body in new and fun ways, mix it up and just have fun being able to push it in the gym!
Everyone always asks me about training abs so today I played around a bit, filmed a couple resistance band exercises and no excuses this can be done at home (get innovative) and make it happen!

Exercise one: Spider man oblique crunches with resistance 12/12
Exercise two: Resistance band squat bicep curls 12-15
Exercise three: Resistance band deep squats 15
Exercise four: Bicycle crunches where you REALLY hold your core!
No need to go crazy, but exercise should be fun and enjoyable! Find your passion and make it happen!

Some back gains for motivation Monday. Wanting to train back can be difficult cuz ya know you can’t see it but it is SO IMPORTANT to make sure that your body and your training are balanced! If you train back, train chest and vice versa.
I’ve always wanted a nice back. Not like super jacked but nice and toned and I think I’m starting to get there. Definitely not where I want to be just yet but I’m very happy with the progress I’ve made so far.
Also I did 10 minutes of HIIT on the bike. My glutes and legs couldn’t handle any more from being sore haha but it got done. I put when I started on my story but forgot to snap a picture when I finished 🤷🏽‍♀️ but like I said, that’s how I’m gonna keep myself accountable!
1 min warm up
1 min seated, increased speed
1 min slow pedal (rest)
1 min standing, increased speed
1 min slow pedal (rest)
Repeat for decided amount of time
1 min slow pedal cool down

What a TRANSFORMATION!!! 🌟🌟🌟 Words can not express how proud I am of Lisa. Lisa’s journey has been a roller coaster which started back in June 2016... we started with one on one PT sessions twice a week... by the time April 2017 rolled around I was at a loss, Lisa was doing everything right, eating well, putting in the work - but nothing was changing... in fact her fitness seemed to get worse, she was getting dizzy and feeling sick during every workout. We tried everything, and after me thinking I was a huge failure as a personal trainer, I suggested Lisa visit the doctor to get some tests as it just didn’t seem right that she wasn’t losing any weight and her fitness wasn’t improving.
After a trip to her doctor, It was found that Lisa was extremely low in iron, so low, the doctor didn’t even know how Lisa was able to function... so off for a iron infusion she went, and after a few weeks..... it started to happen. Weight started to come off as Lisa’s energy came back... since April 2017, Lisa has lost 20kg and over 85cm all over her body. Lisa has been consistent with her training, switching her one on ones for my group training sessions and taking part in my challenges. Lisa has learnt to nourish her body and knows how to fuel her body in the right way. Lisa also does a lot of her own training, swimming and walking almost every day. Not only have I seen her body transform, but also her confidence, she is happy, energetic and determined to continue her health and fitness journey. It’s an amazing transformation and I feel so grateful I have been by her side through the ups and downs of her incredible journey! @lisaurk girllllllll you look hot 🔥. Lisa is ready to kick butt in my NO EXCUSES challenge starting on Monday 29th January. Let’s do this 💪💪💪
