What a TRANSFORMATION!!! 🌟🌟🌟 Words can not express how proud I am of Lisa. Lisa’s journey has been a roller coaster which started back in June 2016... we started with one on one PT sessions twice a week... by the time April 2017 rolled around I was at a loss, Lisa was doing everything right, eating well, putting in the work - but nothing was changing... in fact her fitness seemed to get worse, she was getting dizzy and feeling sick during every workout. We tried everything, and after me thinking I was a huge failure as a personal trainer, I suggested Lisa visit the doctor to get some tests as it just didn’t seem right that she wasn’t losing any weight and her fitness wasn’t improving.
After a trip to her doctor, It was found that Lisa was extremely low in iron, so low, the doctor didn’t even know how Lisa was able to function... so off for a iron infusion she went, and after a few weeks..... it started to happen. Weight started to come off as Lisa’s energy came back... since April 2017, Lisa has lost 20kg and over 85cm all over her body. Lisa has been consistent with her training, switching her one on ones for my group training sessions and taking part in my challenges. Lisa has learnt to nourish her body and knows how to fuel her body in the right way. Lisa also does a lot of her own training, swimming and walking almost every day. Not only have I seen her body transform, but also her confidence, she is happy, energetic and determined to continue her health and fitness journey. It’s an amazing transformation and I feel so grateful I have been by her side through the ups and downs of her incredible journey! @lisaurk girllllllll you look hot 🔥.
