12 lbs down in 6 weeks and I didn’t do it by lifting lighter weights 😆. I left some of the “struggle” parts in the videos because I think just always showing the exercises itself and not the effort put into it isn’t an accurate representation of how one really trains. Strength has gone down a teeny bit but that’s pretty normal with weightloss. I’m not sure how much more I need to lose for my show. If I had to take a guess probably another 10 lbs. And just for the non competitors who follow me, I don’t have to hit a certain weight. Female categories are by height. I’m just guesstimating where I need to be looks wise. I’m currently 14 weeks out and officially started doing cardio this week 🙌🏼. And this is what I meant when I said cardio is a tool for fatloss. Food is still high which is great so instead of cutting my calories to create more of a deficit we are adding in some cardio which is another way to create a caloric deficit.
