02/24/18; Good afternoon, IG Family. I never got to explain something to y’all and I thought I’d do so. The work I do is really time intensive and work comes up at random; you’ve got to work around your clients, not the other way around. Sometimes tis is difficult in terms of eating clean; the clients are usually younger, and are still quite enamored by fast food. Unless my client is health conscious I either wait until I’m done with the session to eat, or I don’t until the end of the day. It can be tough but it’s what I have to do for clearer skin. That being said, my saving grace today was this!
Who was going to tell me that Subway had veggie patties?! If I knew this before, I wouldn’t never eaten their tuna. 😂 I visited three different subways while I went along with my client, and the third ended o having the patties, which I saw in Boston. 💪🏽 it isn’t the best choice (I’d rather eat at home or a place that only serves vegetarian/vegan foods) but it’s better than taking a loss and eating something with meat or dairy, or eating fries made in the same oil as meat products. I’m making do with what I’ve got. 🤷🏽♂️
