One project, two different kinds of #shiplap - traditional primed nickel gap around most of this space, with more of wider barnwood style stained paneling on two accent walls. Can’t wait to share all of the before/afters of this space soon!
As you may have noticed I bloody love woodwork. We aren’t going crazy with new furniture in the house so wanted the building to have character and speak for itself instead of filling it with things. There were weeks where Guy would be doing some plumbing/wiring & so I entertained myself with walls they would otherwise just be plastered. So I made some panelled walls. I taught myself to use a router so all our shelves & the tongue and grooves I routed myself & Made the laundry cupboard for under stairs. If you break it down & give it a little care then we can all do it... but I am pretty happy with how the walls have turned out. I’ll do a proper post on them soon but for the minute, hope you like #MyHouseThisMonth ❤️
