No sugar, no eggs, no dairy PINK Pancakes with berries and fruits.
2 cups buckwheat
2 cups plant based milk (1/4 cup nuts + 2 cups water, blended on high speed)
2 tbsp ground flax seeds + 6 tablespoons water
2 bananas 1 tbsp @organifi red juice
3 tbsp coconut oil melted
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
Make flax eggs by combining ground flax seeds and water and set aside.
Place buckwheat in the blender. Blend until you get a powder-like consistency.
Add nuts and water, blend on high speed.
Add all other ingredients to blender and blend on low speed until a thick batter is formed.
Using a table spoon scoop the batter into the heated pan. Cook 2 min on each side.
Enjoy with maple syrup, berries, sliced fruit of your choices. I used kiwi, strawberries, coconut flakes and sliced bananas.
