@paleomg pork belly tacos. I utilized a @sietefoods coconut cassava tortilla which is paleo and vegan friendly, sautéed the pork belly in some coconut aminos, sriracha, coconut vinegar, and raw honey. I changed up the pineapple salsa by utilizing chopped tomatoes rather than the cabbage, other than that I added cilantro and juice of 1/2 a lime. Blueberry fat bomb - 90% dark chocolate

- coconut oil
- nut butter of your choice
- heavy cream
- blueberries

Melt everything down in a pan on a low heat. Add to a loaf silicon mould. Throw all your berries on top (can add anything at this point). Refrigerate overnight or freezer for 2 hours

Low Carb Shrimp Stir-Fry with Zoodles
🔸Ingredients
1 lb @sizzlefishfit shrimp
2 medium zucchinis, zoodled
1 bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
2 tsp @omgheebutter
Sauce:
1 tbsp @thespicecave's SEA
1/4 cup water or low-sodium broth
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
🔹Instructions
In a small bow, mix together sauce ingredients and set aside. Add ghee to a large skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper & onion and sautee until soft, 5-7 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until no longer pink, stirring frequently. Add in zoodles and pour in sauce. Stir gently until well blended and all the food is heated through. Serve immediately.

When its freezing and raining in Perth and all you want is a traditional roast and Yorkshire pudding 😍😍😍 Roast pork with crackling, roast pumpkin, potato and carrot with Yorkshire pudding (dairy free) and gravy! Bonus - we had 4 lunches out of it for work! The yorkshire pudding recipe I developed is:
140g gluten free flour
4 eggs
200ml almond milk *whisk together all ingredients. Add two tablespoons of melted coconut oil in a muffin tray, heat the tray in the oven, pour mixture and cook for 20 minutes.

- make your own fermented veggies in bulk at home, they're a potent superfood with probiotics and last at least 6 months on the shelf⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

- choose a weekend or evening and chop up in season veggies which are the cheapest like cabbage, carrot, fennel, cauliflower, kale and roast up a big batch and store in the fridge as a base⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- grow some fresh herbs in a pot or garden like mint, coriander, basil or keep some in the fridge to freshen up your meals⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
