Doubled down on leg day today with booty The one hour workout I missed last Saturday.
It’s something I wouldn’t have been able to do month one but I’m getting so much stronger! Yes the workout programs are constantly challenging us in new ways but now I’m like “I got this” Only 20 more days if this challenge and I want to push myself as hard as I can to get those results and to be perfectly 100% honest with you, I’m kinda sad it’s almost over! 80 days seemed so daunting in the beginning but now that we’re all in the groove, meal prepping is second nature, workouts are the best part of the day, and life feels so much better I don’t want it to end! @tattooer_das_frank Feels the same. He doesn’t wanna live any other way, So when this program is done, first we’re going to Mexico for a week with Team Beachbody, then we’re gonna spend 2 weeks goofing off with other workouts and fitness challenges, whatever catches our fancy (maybe some CrossFit, pole dancing, rock climbing etc.) and then we’re gonna do ROUND 2!! 🌿 Sucrine vinaigrette moutarde et levure maltée
🥕 Carotte râpée et graines de courge
🍝 Pâtes de lentilles corail au pesto
🍄 Radis (oui je sais c'est pas un radis ça c'est un champignon...mais vous avez saisi l'idée)
🐟 Patties de thon à la tomate maison

Honestly the most delish bowl of oats I’ve ever made 🤤 so while I was at uni, I used to whisk in an egg into my porridge for that extra protein 💪🏻 and I had forgotten about how good it makes it - I know it may sounds gross to some, but it’s seriously SO TASTY N CREAMY. You gotta cook it right otherwise you end up with oats n scrambled eggs. 😖
How to make it:
1/4 c rolled oats (soaked overnight in water) a scoop of @furtherfood collagen peptides, 1/2 tsp maca, 1/2 tsp lucuma - cooked on high for about 5 mins/until thick then turn heat to LOW add unsweetened vanilla @milkadamia milk /any other milk and whisk in an egg (well). Let cook on med-low for a few mins while whisking every so often until it reaches desired thickness 👌🏻
Topped with @coyo_uk salted caramel, @pipandnut honey almond butter, @squareorganics vanilla cashew crisp bar, pistachio n some strawberry. 🕺🏻

(recipe below) Forget about s stack of pancakes...I want Eggs, Potatoes and Breakfast Sausage!
Make every morning a GOOD MORNING!


2 Lbs Ground Pork
1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds (crushed)
1 teaspoon Ground Sage
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Ground Pepper


Mix all ingredients until just combined. Press flat onto a rimmed baking sheet lined with wax paper. Press to approximately 1/2 inch thick.

Use 3" round cutter to cut round patties. Transfer patties to another rimmed baking sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate 15 minutes to firm up.

In pan over medium/high heat, fry patties for 2-3 minutes each side.

To Freeze Cooked Patties: Cook patties, transfer to rimmed baking sheet then freeze. Once frozen transfer to an airtight container. Thaw before reheating.

To Freeze Raw Patties: Freeze raw patties separated each by a square of wax paper. Thaw before cooking for best results.

Let's talk about a #cleanswap for snacks. 🧀

Here's the thing, a lot of nasty ingredients are allowed to go into food products. I say "food products," not "food," because, let's be honest, the majority of "food" that comes in a box is not food. It's toxins mixed in with a little bit of something derived from something that might have once been food. 🧀

Here's a healthier take on cheese & crackers: @SimpleMills sprouted seed crackers + raw cheese from pasture-raised goats. 🧀

Why sprouted? One reason is because sprouting nuts & seeds makes nutrients more bioavailable to us. Another is that it reduces antinutrients naturally present in the food [all plants have antinutrients as a means of protection from things that might eat them. Like us!]. 🌱

Why raw, pasture-raised cheese? There's a few good reasons for that, too. One is that pasteurization & homegenation strip dairy of its natural enzymes & good bacteria, making it difficult to digest. This process also removes nutrients from the food. Most dairy you can get off the shelf is treated this way. Then there are the cows. They don't lead good lives. They're fed a diet that's unnatural for them, & that contributes to disease. The antibiotics they're given are excreted into their milk, which means we consume it too! This messes with our own microbiome, the microorganisms that live in our guts & help us digest. Not good for our health at all. 🧀

Oh, one more thing: raw, pasture-raised dairy is a good source of conjugated linoleic acid [CLA]! This fatty acid can help reduce inflammation & might even help with cancer prevention, to name a few benefits. It has lots! 🌼

“Music raised me and fitness saved me” saw that on a T-shirt in the #Reebok online outlet and had to grab it. Why do I make these music videos? Because nothing is more satisfying than seeing your workout face in slow motion, your jumps synched to the beat and finding a tune that fits the mood. Sountrack of my life baby. And I am definitely SO MUCH STRONGER than I was yesterday. It’s amazing what a #refeedday and 10 hours of sleep will do for ya. The harder you train the more vital sleep becomes. @sagikalev needs to get crazy amounts of sleep. My goal is 8.5-9 with this program so when “life happened” last week with my #Xbox commission (see @sam_artypants) and I was averaging 5 I was literally falling apart. I stuck to my nutrition and only missed one workout (which I’m making up today) but I felt like absolute 💩. Sleep is where ALL the magic happens. Working out is breaking down the muscles, but if you wanna see them and experience a lot less soreness; get unconscious 💤. The more you up your fitness game the more you up your sleep game. balance that out. And don’t forget nutrition, that’s just as important for repair But that’s a post for another day!
