Key-Lime Matcha Keto Doughnuts 🍩 💚
Hello delicious tasting tangy summery treat🤤
I can’t get over how much I love these! I have been loving fresh & citrusy flavours this summer & these hit the spot big time🤟
Healthy fats, grain free, & dairy free you are gonna want to add these to your summer baking list, I promise 🙏
1/4 cup coconut butter, melted
1/4 cup + 2 tbs sunflower seed butter (you can try subbing with nut butter of choice as well but may change the flavour)
-1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
-2 tsp almond extract -pinch of Celtic sea salt
-juice from one lime
-1 heaped tsp of baking powder
-3/4 cup powdered @lakantosweetener (Or sweetener of choice!)
-3/4 cup superfine almond flour (I love @bobsredmill )
- 1/4 cup club soda, water or nut milk of choice
Mix all the ingredients together, & make sure all the lumps from the sweetener are removed. Grease a silicone baking mold & fill with the batter. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes, making sure you don’t over-bake! The top will be slightly bouncy when they are done & lightly browned. .
2 tbs MCT oil
2 tbs coconut butter
1/2 tsp matcha powder
1 tsp almond extract
1 lime juiced (only do 1/2 a lime if you don’t like it super tangy!)
3 tbs powdered @lakantosweetener (Or sweetener of choice)
Mix ingredients together well until no lumps left & spread onto cooled doughnuts. I also grated some lime rind & sprinkled that on the finished doughnuts, serve & enjoy!
NOTE 📝 .
You can make these into muffins if you don’t have a doughnut pan or mold☺️ #paleohacks
