Life after Whole30...hmmm...what's in store for me?
In my last few days and I've decided on:
1) compliant Mon-Fri, with no little slips, because those really add up for me. 🥑
2) Continuing intermittent fasting, and one meal on both Saturday and Sunday that is non compliant. 🥙
3)I'd like to cut drinking from 2 nights to one, and eventually phase out of drinking completely. 🥂
What's one habit you maintain post Whole30?
