Whole 30 Day 6: I'm a big believer in intuitive eating-listening to your body is SO important. This morning I woke up with a little appetite and all that sounded good was an apple. Many thanks to my friend Jade who suggested cinnamon covered apples thrown into the microwave for a minute! I took it a step further by drizzling coconut butter on top. What a sweet and satisfying breakfast!
Breakfast grain-free "flatbread"with avocado, olives, roasted marinated garlics topped with chimichuri sauce! ("Flatbread" was made with coconut flour, tapioca flour, water n a pinch of salt)! Easy peasy! :)
