Firstly, a little explanation. The ‘what is’ question is something I am asked a lot, albeit usually said with a slightly embarrassed tone 🙃. It’s ok not to know, however I urge you to explore what it might mean for you. If I didn’t believe in it I wouldn’t where I am now... A FEW FACTS:
