HUGE shout out to @infinitemotionhealth for helping me get through this setback. I knew I was in good hands given how lively and passionate they are about their work. I was provided with excellent service, applicable knowledge on self care, comfortable atmosphere, and real results. In just a couple of sessions, I learned and progressed so much. If you want to be able to function and live pain-free, @infinitemotionhealth is the place to go.

Recently, we had the opportunity to work with the one and only @tanvir_chosen. Tanvir came in with a simple enough request: Can you help me get back to doing pain free pushups, pullups and deadlifts? Thankfully, we were able to work together and develop a plan that identified and resolved the underlying dysfunctions that manifested in her restrictions.
1) Suboptimal passive and active wrist extension
2) Restricted forearm pronation
3) Restricted shoulder internal rotation
All of of the above conspired to create dysfunctional movement patterns while Tanvir attempted some of her favourite compound exercises.
After working to correct the myofascial imbalances, we went to work on creating some lasting change with respect to active control in the newly created ranges of motion. Tanvir is one of the most dedicated people I've ever met, so I'm not surprised she was able to successfully implement the #FRC system (namely #pails and passive end range lift offs) in her daily routine.
It takes some time and hard work, but the results are always worth it!
Next step: handstands!!!
