I'm posting this a few days late. It's not the biggest 8 point but he was big bodied and I haven't found a good recipe for antlers yet 😄 I've been hunting religiously since October 1st and started preparing in May. I finally have venison in our freezer, our primary meat source. I'm sorry for those against hunting, but this is as organic and humane as it gets. I know how my food lived, how it was harvested, and how it was processed. Can you say the same about your food?
