My body’s never been very flexible. Quite the opposite. I’ve always admired people who could sit, straddle their legs and lay down flat-faced against the floor. .
It’s taken me years of yoga to make progress with my flexibility. And I’ve learned so much more about the breath, the stretch, the mindfulness...on days I can reach my toes and days I cannot. .
Don’t give up. Keep practicing, stretching, holding those moves and breathing into the discomfort. Your body will thank you! 💕🧘🏽♀️💕
