I can see a hundred flaws in this ten second clip. My form is sloppy. I completely screw up the sequence at least once. My kicks are low. My belly jiggles. And so on.
But this is my first time through P90X3 MMX. So sloppy form is to be expected. And I’ve had a lot of beer and midnight snacks, so some jiggling is gonna happen.
At the end of the day I pushed myself and continued this healthy living lifestyle, so I guess that makes this clip pretty darn fantastic.
