REVIEW | @alexperthfoodie - ✨Jaw dropping amazing Thai food 🇹🇭@perththailiciousrestaurant with Chef Tom Josham whose knowledge of #thaicuisine knows no bounds - we had 2 bowls each of their famous Boat Noodle Soup (Beef and Pork) with Rice Noodles topped with Crispy Pork Crackling😱(the broth is made up of fermented soy beans, cinnamon, cloves, garlic, coriander seeds, beef blood). We also had their super spicy Fermented Rice Noodles with Fish Ball Curry served with Fresh Veggies. This dish was insanely delicious and the layers of flavours will take you back to Thailand in a snap. Be warned though, it is very spicy!🔥😅 To think I've never been here...thanks Tom for recommending!🙌🏼✨ .
