It might sound weird, but I actually love breaking my workouts into 2 sessions per day. Morning Accelerators (HIIT sessions) done in isolation from my lifts really have made adding in cardio more manageable!
I see and hear a lot of complaints when it comes to cardio. And I for one would much rather skip cardio vs. weight training, but the results are undeniable! And....the best part is... ANYONE can do this. It's NO MORE THAN 30 minutes total per day. And, until recently, it wasn't even that long!
