We were working on shoulder control from this prone position to better engage the muscles we use for overhead movements! 🏋🏻‍♂️ For this drill, you really want to make sure to keep the core tight, keep the elbow locked and focus on using the muscles of the shoulder to do the action. She is squeezing a ball to irradiate more tension through the arm and shoulder to get more muscle recruitment. ...
You can start this drill with just overhead lifts and work to the hurdles if that is to difficult. Give it shot and test those shoulders out! 🔥 the slower the better🔥
