I created this platform to inspire people to make healthy/delicious food choices. Yes, I truly believe that making food look more attractive makes it taste better, but my meals don’t always look like 10’s (BUSTED🙄). This was TASTY AF and loaded with veggies and nutrient dense ingredients, so hell yes, IM SHARING IT. .
SHAKSHUKA made by sautéing red peppers, onion, jalapeños, black olives, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper with @chosenfoods avocado oil for 10ish minutes. Added 3 diced tomato’s and a bit of tomato sauce and let simmer for another 10 minutes. Made a small well in the middle of the pan and cracked an egg inside. Reduced the heat and cooked until egg whites were set. Topped with cilantro and @blacksheepvegancheeze veta. I didn’t measure anything, this dish can be made unique to your own likes and needs so GET CREATIVE BABES 🥫🍳
