Don't stop working out! I had to take some mandatory rest days last week because I was sick. Even though I workout regularly this week has been tough. My cardio level dropped some and if you have taken a significant break the drop in your fitness level can be discouraging to some people.
Folks I am here to tell you that exercising is not something you do just to reach a goal and then quit. Same with healthy eating. These are life time changes that you need to make. Trust me when I say this will make a huge difference in your long term health.
If you aren't giving it your all in ever workout then ask yourself "Why am I working out?" If you need a rest day or are injured then take the time off. Otherwise you need to put 100% effort. Finish every workout knowing that you came your best and you are getting stronger 💪🏻 and fitter!
Man can you see the sweat? Who knew you could sweat so much with just a 30 min workout? Oh wait, I did! Do you consider your workout as Me Time? It most definitely is because you are taking care of yourself. Take care of yourself so you can take care of others.
