At various times we all focus on the body parts we like the most or that respond the best. After my workout and posing evaluation by my coach last week he suggested I needed to bring up my chest to match my bigger legs and bigger delts. We are focusing on upper pecs at the moment. Today is the day after chest day and I'm really feeling the post workout pump. This extra large shirt is looking small and I may have to change soon to extra extra large.
